FOUNDER & CEO
Jennifer Abercrombie's entrepreneurial journey in hospitality and service industries spans nearly 15 years, during which she has owned and operated a pool service business since late 2010 while also serving as Property Manager for Jenny's Management from 2012 to 2021.
Her professional background was built through a corporate role at GlaxoSmithKline as an Export Executive, a Project Manager role at Paragon Label, and a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hays Specialist Recruitment, where she excelled in business development and client relations.
Since then, through years of hands-on management of daily operations, guest communications, vendor relationships, and financial oversight of vacation rental turnovers, Jennifer has gained intimate knowledge of both the challenges and opportunities facing small hospitality businesses.
